Oh sure, because Coca-Cola is just pure health in a can, right? Just drink up!
And honestly, think about itβ€”do you know anything about the people actually fronting those massive Coca-Cola ad campaigns? Or look at when they sponsor some big NFL team and suddenly all the star players and models have to sign contracts specifically stating they won't be seen drinking soda in public.
They’re signing ironclad, multi-year deals, so what do you really think the deal is there? β˜•

natural juices β˜• though I don't really go for those either, since I stick exclusively to water

I usually lean toward the natural juice options, but honestly, right now a cold Coke sounds so much better. Oh well!πŸ™

...I just squeeze some oranges, lemons, and grapefruit, toss in a bit of sugar, and mix it with two liters of tap water. Even then, I know it isn't truly "natural" because of all the pesticides, chemicals, and preservatives on the peels, not to mention the GMO citrus that’s everywhere these days.🀣
Honestly, you can't even find anything "pure" anymore. 😲

Natural juices are definitely the way to goβ€”way healthier, period. As for soda? It’s basically liquid poison... I mean, sure, it tastes great, but that’s just how they trick you!
Though honestly, plain old water is what you really need most... πŸ‘

And here's another thingβ€”think about those celebrity spokespeople for Coca-Cola, or when players for an NFL team sign sponsorship deals and have to commit to not drinking soda.
They’re signing massive, long-term contracts, so what do you think the catch is? β˜•

Maybe it’s because Coca-Cola is loaded with sugar? You know, so they don't all pack on the pounds? Did that ever cross your mind? πŸ˜‰

Then you've got the people who act like carbonation itself is some kind of lethal poison... 🀣

Water πŸ‘ I drink an insane amount of waterβ€”mostly spring and mineral waters. It’s not an alarm clock waking me up in the morning; it's my bladder. 😬
For natural juices, I just whip something up with a small handheld blender. I occasionally indulge in a Coke, though if I have more than a small can in the evening, I won't be getting to sleep before 2 AM. πŸ˜‚ Even worse than that, though, is how easily I get hooked on Nespresso; it's much harder for me to resist than soda.

Does anyone actually know why mineral water is supposedly "unhealthy"? Someone mentioned it messes with your liver... I haven't had a chance to look into the specifics yet. 😬

Water...
I don't touch sodas because they're all just loaded with sugar...
The only thing I might have is an occasional Nespresso...

I’ll just grab a Bitter Lemon here and there at the local pub

And I am absolutely certain I won't have to worry about malaria! πŸ‘‹
(The label claims they add quinine)😬

Above all else, I have a great love for Coca-Cola, though I must refrain from drinking it. πŸ˜’πŸ‘Ž

I try to stick to the natural stuff since it’s a lot easier on my system, though I mostly find myself reaching for the 100% juicesβ€”you know, the apple, orange, multivitamins, or pineapple ones.

I generally steer clear of anything carbonated, though I might occasionally treat myself to a Tropicana. 😍
