I’ve got a bit of a situation here ☕... I just went in for some blood work, and these were my results...
My glucose came back at 3.3, when the minimum should be 4.2.
But wait, there’s more... My cholesterol is sitting at 3.0, even though the lower limit is 3.5.
And it doesn't stop there... My HDL is 1.18, but it needs to be at least 1.54.
My LDL is 1.80, while the minimum is supposed to be 3.30.
Triglycerides are at 0.57, and the floor is 1.71.
Has anyone ever heard of a case where all these values are actually low?🤷
For context, I live a really healthy lifestyle—my diet and exercise habits are top-notch—except for the fact that I don't get much sleep. I suspect that might be the culprit, but I'm not entirely sure. I only sleep so little because of my job, but whatever... please let me know what you guys think about these numbers... THANKS!🙏

Hey, just a heads up—please try not to double up on posts by starting the same thread twice.

First timer here, so I accidentally double-posted this thread... by the way, your response was pretty weak—honestly, any idiot could have said that. It’s clearly not all sunshine and rainbows, and since you obviously don't know the first thing about this subject, maybe just sit this one out.😠

Your results look perfectly fine to me; those numbers can sometimes dip just a little below what that specific lab sets as their standard range.
