Does anyone have advice on how to soothe heartburn or manage it without relying on Tums or similar antacids? I tend to deal with acid reflux whenever I have a few drinks or after eating certain heavy meals.

I used to be able to drink a ton of it without any issues, but this time it's different—now, whenever I have some, I feel super bloated and get this intense burning sensation in my stomach. Can anyone tell me why my stomach is acting up like this, how the soda is causing it, and what it might actually mean? Thanks in advance!

Sometimes, after a heavy meal, I even start sneezing uncontrollably.
I did a little digging on Google, and apparently, heartburn—or GERD—can actually cause respiratory issues.
Is anyone else dealing with something similar?😉

Aim to have your last meal by 7 PM at the latest.
For me, potatoes have been the easiest dinner option. It’s actually pretty interesting—even fries don't mess me up.
Then you've got things like oatmeal or pasta (just skip the heavy sauces)...
Save the sweet stuff, the heavily spiced meals, and the harder-to-digest foods for lunch.
Look, I know it's tough—I struggle to stick to this myself sometimes. Some days I nail it, and other days I regret eating at all because of how I feel later.
