Apologies if this isn't the right sub for health topics... mods, please move this if necessary.
Since I relocated to New Zealand a while back, I’ve been looking to transfer my medical records over from the Silet Springs community clinic.
Does anyone have recommendations for a good gynecologist, dentist, or general practitioner in that area?
🙂

I would appreciate any recommendations for a gynecologist, a dentist, or a general practitioner within that facility.
🙂

For dentistry, you absolutely can't go wrong with Dr. Krajačić. As for general practice, I used to see Dr. Javorić, though I eventually switched providers because I moved over to the outskirts of town and wanted to cut down on the commute. Regarding a gynecologist, I wouldn't know—I use the main downtown medical center for that. However, the dentist there is a total genius (and quite easy on the eyes, haha). I was very satisfied with Dr. Javorić, assuming she's still taking patients; to be more precise, she does work there, but Dr. Buhin often covers her shifts while she pursues further specialization—I believe it's in family medicine or something similar. Regardless, her care is solid. The dentist sees patients in the mornings on odd days and afternoons on even days—at least, that was his schedule when I was there, and I doubt he'd change it now. Dr. Javorić operates on the opposite schedule.

As for primary care, I used to see Dr. Jefferson, but I switched because I moved over to the Rutgers area and didn't want the commute. I can't speak to the OBGYN since I go to the community health center, but the dentist there is a genius—and let’s be honest, easy on the eyes too (haha). I was really happy with Dr. Jefferson, though I'm not sure if she's still taking new patients. To clarify, she is still practicing, but Dr. Bush covers for her occasionally while she finishes up some advanced training, maybe in family medicine or something similar. She's great. The dentist works odd mornings and even afternoons, at least that's how it was when I went, and I doubt they've changed the schedule recently. Dr. Jefferson works the opposite hours of him.

From what I hear, Dr. Jefferson is back from her residency. I’d also recommend Dr. Cavala. If you need an OBGYN, Dr. Koss is the top choice, but she’s so busy it’s hard to get an appointment. Dr. Warren - Buffett and Dr. Rockefeller also practice there, and both are fantastic.
As far as dentists go, Dr. Penn is excellent.

If you need a gynecologist, Dr. Koss is the gold standard, though she’s spread so thin right now she can barely take on new patients. You also have Dr. Warren - Buffett and Dr. Rockefeller at that clinic; they’re both excellent.
As for dentists, Dr. Penn is top-tier.

Look, I spent years seeing incompetent doctors because I was too lazy to switch, but now that I’ve moved, I actually want to find someone decent instead of running into the same group of crazies again...

Thanks a lot.

Miller 😍

Honestly, 🙄 I had to go see her once, and after just one week of her "treatment," I went from a simple cold straight to pneumonia. 🤷

As for gin, I wouldn't know... at least not from that place.
