Where can I buy Nero 8-ice in America and what's the going rate?

So, my process is usually: open NERO 8 -> CREATE AND EDIT -> AUTHOR, EDIT, and CAPTURE VIDEO -> MAKE DVD -> then I hit ADD VIDEO FILES and import my MPEG file. From there, it’s supposed to add the menu and burn (transcode) everything onto the DVD media. It was working perfectly fine for a month, but now, for some reason, it's just stopped responding... I even tried a full uninstall and reinstall of Nero, but I'm still stuck in the same spot. I'm at a bit of a loss—I'm not sure what else I need to wipe from my system to get that initial one-month trial period running smoothly again.

And why don't you just transcode the video in some external software and burn it as a DVD-Video? 😕
