Is Ardamax keylogger safe?

So, I’m a bit stuck here—what am I actually supposed to type in when an email client asks for my username and password? Like, if I want to pull my messages into something like Outlook, do I just put my Gmail address in the username field and then use my Gmail password for the password part? Or is it something else?

The Ardamax keylogger isn't gonna work with your Gmail account...
If you’re dead set on getting those reports sent via email, just use a Yahoo Mail address instead.
But honestly? You're way better off just using FTP.
