Maybe I'm just old-fashioned or whatever, but if I only had six months left to live, I’d definitely spend every second of it with my family and my inner circle... honestly, I'd probably just tackle The Bucket List with them by my side anyway.

Of course he’s going to go through those experiences with a total stranger—honestly, I’d probably do the exact same thing in his shoes. What family? Come on...

I don't find this unusual at all. A man works his entire life specifically to provide a better future for his children, so why shouldn't he indulge in something just for himself toward the end—especially when presented with such an extraordinary opportunity? No one should be a slave to their family obligations; rather, one should maintain an independent life and a collection of personal experiences outside of them. In my view, that is precisely what makes us more well-rounded and enriched individuals. Many people become pathologically attached to their families, but to me, that looks less like devotion and more like an escape from living life to the fullest. I suppose I've drifted slightly off topic...😬

..I mean, what else are you even supposed to expect when you’ve got heavyweights like Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman sharing the screen? You just know it’s going to be something special. It follows this flashy, high-rolling millionaire and a wise old mechanic—and honestly, I don't think anyone needs a hint to figure out which one is which—who find themselves facing down a terminal diagnosis. Once they realize they're dealing with a tumor, they decide to put together a Bucket List of everything they need to do before the clock runs out, and then they just hit the road to make it happen. There’s plenty of laughs, plenty of tears, and some seriously sharp dialogue, but what really pulls the whole thing together for me are those stunning shots of all the different places they visit along the way. Seriously, if you haven't seen it yet, do yourself a favor and go watch it.

A movie where Jack Nicholson plays Jack Nicholson, and Morgan Freeman plays Morgan Freeman. 😬 Legends meeting legends. Real heavy hitters. And from what I can tell, they were both born in '37. Their doctor is, naturally, Joel Fleischman. 😁 It’s a charming little thing—maybe looks pretty simple on the surface—but if you actually pay attention, it really makes you think. The dialogue is sharp, the scenery is gorgeous (though sometimes the editing feels a bit off), there's some decent humor, a touch of unavoidable sentimentality, and an ending that honestly had me tearing up... sort of a mix of happy and sad, I guess. This one will either hit you hard or just bore you to death. For me, it was 8/10.
