I gave birth about 10 months ago. Right after delivery, my shoulder blades were killing me, especially when I tried to sleep. That lasted a few months before the pain migrated to the rest of my back—again, only while sleeping. During the day, while I'm busy working and moving around, I barely feel anything, maybe just a bit of heaviness in my back. I’ve tried Pilates and massage therapy. They help a little, but they aren't fixing the root of it.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there an end in sight? I really don't want to deal with doctors right now.

Maybe it’s just the bed?--could be a comfort thing, I guess.

It went on for a few months before that pain started spreading down the rest of my back, and once again, it was mostly hitting me at night. I’ve tried doing some Pilates classes and even grabbed a few massages here and there, which helps a bit, but nothing is really fixing it.
Has anyone else dealt with this kind of thing, and do you think it'll finally clear up soon? I'm really not feeling the whole doctor route right now.

Honestly, I just hit up a chiropractor and they basically fixed everything in like five minutes flat.

I’ve got a top-tier mattress and an orthopedic pillow, but I’ve only ever been to a chiropractor once—and that wasn't even for this issue. Honestly, I just couldn't shake the anxiety and stay relaxed during the session. So, I'm sticking to standard massages for now. We'll see how things go; if this doesn't work, maybe I'll finally man up and give a chiropractor another shot.
