Thanks for all the replies... if anyone else has some advice... please let me know!!!
And watch out for bad luck; I just came down with a stomach bug a few days ago and spent the entire night vomiting. Now I'm down to 123 lbs. I can't believe it.

Honestly, ever since I dealt with that nasty little bug last week, I feel like all I’ve done is eat, eat, and eat...
I don't smoke when I'm hanging out at home, so maybe that's why I was snacking so much—plus, I was just bored, I guess.
My main issue is that whenever I'm home and hungry, I can't be bothered to whip up something fancy every single time. So today, I actually took the time to make a really delicious tomato sauce and tucked it away in the fridge. That way, I can just boil some pasta and have a great meal ready to go whenever I want.😁
I'm also planning to pick up a food scale... and I'm going to try to quit smoking, or at least cut back significantly.

A few weeks ago I started taking Vitamin B, two pills in the morning and two at night with food, and my appetite has definitely improved. I haven't stepped on the scale yet though, so I don't know if I've put on any weight...

Can you pick that up over the counter at a drugstore? And what's the damage on the price tag?
I'm also 5'9" and sitting at about 128...but I want to get back to my old 139, where I was at a healthy weight for my frame.😛

I'm about 5'9" myself and weigh around 128 lbs... but I'd love to get back up to my old weight of 138, where I felt just right.😛

Yeah, you can. Just look for some B-complex vitamins. I think they go for about ten bucks or so...

Gary Kern73 said:So, I’m a 19-year-old guy—about 5'10" and weighing roughly 132 lbs. Obviously, that’s way too low, since my BMI is about 1.1 points under what it should be. The frustrating part is that I eat four times a day, and I’m not even "dieting"—I just eat everything in sight, including plenty of chocolate... I really don't hold back at all. I usually end up eating right before bed, sometimes even heavy meals, but it just doesn't stick. When I talk to people, they’re always shocked by how much I eat versus how skinny I stay. I’ve been hitting the gym for about three months now and managed to put on maybe 4 or 5 lbs—which means I was even thinner before that. Now, I’m seriously considering buying some supplements to help put on mass. I really need to bulk up because I have my annual physical for the Army, and last time, they barely let me pass. Does anyone have advice or maybe a website where I can look into this?
Thanks so much!!!!

I’m dealing with almost the exact same thing... I’m 6'0" and only around 165 lbs, which feels pretty light. My whole group of friends eats constantly—pizzas, burgers, you name it—but the weight just won't budge. It’s funny because they actually have to watch their diets because of high cholesterol, while I can eat whatever I want and nothing happens.😠
