Kenneth Flores23 said:Regarding that... honestly, I don't think I have any issues there. Maybe some cortisone, but my testosterone levels aren't even that high, even though I've got that Mike Tyson type build and style 😁

So, do you hit the gym or anything?

Dennis Miller said:Man... what kind of relationship is that if you only want your ex when you're wasted??

You totally missed my point. It’s not that I’m drunk in the moment. It’s more like that lingering buzz from the night before just keeps everything moving. And then, suddenly, everything works again. Look, I used to be all over my wife, constantly. But lately, things have just stalled out because I quit drinking. I didn't go cold turkey right away; I was tapering off for a while. There were good days and bad days... I'd have a drink here or there, less often than before, and things would feel fine. But now that I've stopped completely, everything has flatlined. When I'm sober, that drive? It's either incredibly weak or just gone.

Does anyone know what actually triggers that libido? Like, what specific substances or chemicals are we talking about?

I'm genuinely curious about what alcohol is doing to my system... wondering if there's some way to replicate that feeling through diet or something similar.

Alcohol doesn't "trigger" anything; it just numbs you out, leaving you feeling relaxed only because you're essentially sedated, especially the next day. We've already established that you live in a state of constant high pressure and tension. Instead of looking for a liquid substitute, try yoga or Tai Chi. Those practices actually help you unwind by balancing your internal energy flow and bringing you back to center.

Alex Mendoza2 said:So, I’m in my mid-twenties—27, actually—and I’m mostly dealing with issues with getting an erection.

I used to have this crazy nightlife going on, where I was drinking way too much alcohol (I mean, I could polish off a whole bottle of spirits in a single night) and smoking like crazy. I just got really lazy, I guess. In those last few years of going out, I wasn't doing any kind of physical activity at all. I drive everywhere. My cardio is basically non-existent.

I quit smoking about a year ago, though. And I've cut back the partying to maybe once a month, which is the only time I even touch alcohol, and even then, it's just normal amounts. Physically, I’m built pretty well, like, my weight is fine for my height. I started working out recently just because I realized how much I'd let myself go, but it'll probably take a while to get back in shape. I was super lazy before, but things are slowly looking up.
Morning wood happens pretty rarely now, but I guess it’s actually easier to get an erection in the morning than later in the day. Like, regardless of the actual erection issue, once I wake up, about half an hour later things start to rise normally, maybe once or twice, and then it’s just done or doesn't happen as easily 😢.

Edit: My immune system also took a massive hit during that period.

I'm wondering if my sex drive will come back naturally since I've started living healthier, watching what I eat, and everything else I mentioned... or should I be looking into medication? I read something about a supplement called Vitality. Should I take that, and if so, how much?

Oh, and one more thing—I often get this weird sensation in my feet. It's pretty irritating, but I noticed that when I lie down and rest, it slowly fades away. It seems to only happen when I'm walking; in the morning when I first wake up, everything feels totally normal.

I really need some help here, so any advice would be great.

If you ask me, you should try using some supplements to get your drive back adYou definitely won't regret it, and I bet you'll see results pretty fast.

I hear what you're saying, I really do. But I'm convinced alcohol plays a role in it somehow. For instance, it's loaded with sugar, and sugar affects serotonin levels. I'll probably get back to my old self eventually... hopefully. Still dealing with a bit of stress and all that...

I just scrolled through the pages. It looks good. Where can I actually pick this stuff up? Is it available at any local CVS or Walgreens?

Edit: Oh, wait... just saw now. You have to order it online.

Hey, here’s a little piece of advice from the ladies: try to find some other ways to decompress—maybe some self-care more often? Alcohol and nicotine used to be our go-to relaxants too, and we all felt that void. Once your system finally clears out everything, you’re going to feel like a whole new person. I'm certain you'll get back to your old self in no time. Good luck!👍

I'm sure you'll get back on track pretty quickly. Good luck.👍

It’s barely responding to women, let alone anything else. Honestly, there's almost nothing happening down there. Occasionally in the morning, but even then it's a struggle. It felt like there was a tiny bit of life in it today, though...
And it's only been a week since that New Year's bender. That was the last time I went that hard. I'm thinking it might take a month or two before things actually feel normal again. I'll probably have to lean on some medication for a bit just to speed up the recovery process.

Thanks for the advice and the support, 😁
I am already starting to feel a bit better. Those few days of heavy drinking were a total disaster... I felt absolutely terrible and was constantly sick.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all the replies. You honestly have no idea how much this means to me 😁 because right now, I don't really have anyone else to lean on 🙂

It’s going to take a little more time, but you’ll get there—just take it slow.
