I managed to find some crack that actually works on SP1RC... and I even got that evaluation copy watermark to show up in the bottom right of my desktop

Can you tell me how you did it?

So here...

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&sa...ermark&spell=1

...I mean, Google is basically the gold standard for search engines. I have no clue how you ended up with zero results when I'm seeing like 150,000 hits on my end???

...oh yeah... you didn't even actually search for it either... I guess it's just way easier to beg for help on forums... ugh.

Look, you're going to have to walk me through exactly why you think this beta version is any kind of improvement. Honestly, I tried running it myself, and it was an absolute disaster. I couldn't even get it to install on my localized version because I had to go through the massive headache of deleting the previous update that had switched my entire interface over to American English. And let me tell you, the file size is ridiculous—if I remember correctly, it’s easily 700 or 800 MB larger than a standard Windows XP installation with Service Pack 2 combined.

That’s just Microsoft for you—1 GB for the OS and then another 3 just for the update

...that's exactly why there's a multi-language version of the software available, so why on earth didn't you just use that one???

oh, and another thing, that update of yours is taking up about 150MB, not 800.
