Hello there.
A friend of mine passed along an article just a few days ago regarding some sort of treatment involving cold-pressed sunflower oil...
The idea presented is that you take a spoonful of the oil up to twice a day and swish it around your mouth for about twenty minutes. Apparently, once the oil turns white, you’re supposed to spit it out because, according to these folks, it has absorbed a massive amount of toxins and becomes quite poisonous...🤷
I was wondering if anyone here has encountered this particular theory before?
To my mind, the whole thing sounds rather absurd, though I suppose I could be mistaken...

It’ll just sit there gathering dust. I'm losing my mind.
