I can send that over to you tomorrow as an AutoCAD file... or maybe a PDF. I'm just not in the mood to be drafting right now.
It shouldn't be much trouble for you, but let me try to walk you through it. It isn't even a matter of joining a brick wall to a concrete slab; just connect the slab to this wall and extend the ventilated facade further up. Just make sure you include masonry anchors at roughly one-meter intervals—if that sounds like too many, let me know. You'll embed them into the concrete as indicated in the plans. It wouldn't hurt to have those anchors equipped with drip edges, but that’s just getting into the weeds. Below that, the floor at the base of the wall should be a floating floor; the insulation runs alongside the wall, followed by the polyethylene sheeting, and then the screed. On top of that, you'll have that needle-punched flooring (whatever that specific material is called), but if we were using hardwood, you'd just install a baseboard at that corner to hide the joint. Hopefully, that makes sense.
And there aren't any seismic ties here (at least not in the joint you provided); those are used in brick walls for structural rigidity and earthquake protection.
