🙂Honestly, I’m just sitting here wondering when on earth they’re actually going to get this sorted out once and for all.

Honestly, I’d just suggest adding "username" and "find threads..." into the advanced search options too, and then we're pretty much all set. 👍

Well, you certainly could, 🙂 🙂 but I simply don't have the time to obsess over such trivialities! Wouldn't you agree? If I did, Coca-Cola and General Electric would have gone bankrupt long ago under the leadership of that reckless incompetent, 👎Jason.

But it just pulls up every single thread starter instead...

Is there any way to fix this? 😕 🙂

Hey 😉.

So, basically, you just head over to the search engine—you’ll want to click right on advanced search.

Once you're there, look over on the right side of your screen for the Search by User Name option. Just type in your own handle (or whoever else you're looking for)

- then, if you scroll down a bit to where the menu suggests finding posts by a specific user (which I know is the part that's tripping you up), go ahead and hit that little arrow next to (it's tucked right in that little box) and it should pop up an option for Find Threads Started by User. Go ahead and grab that one

- after that, just slide all the way down to the bottom of the page and hit Search Now. 😉

Yeah, I’m doing everything exactly the same way, and then Find Threads Started by User...
It keeps pulling up things like all my posts for topics that I started >🤷 😕>
Instead of just giving me the thread titles 😢

EDIT:

I finally figured out what was going wrong.

On top of all that, you also have to:

Over on the bottom left, in that little box labeled "Show Results as" you have to select "Threads" .... 😵 😵>
Then it actually lists just the threads.

God, I love it when I actually outsmart these people..... 😉
