Breast augmentation options

So, I was scrolling through some random site yesterday—I honestly can’t remember which one, my brain is mush—and I stumbled upon this thing...
It mentioned that you could get this done right here in the States for somewhere between $2,500 and $3,000, and they even offer financing. Apparently, it’s supposed to be the most budget-friendly option out there without cutting corners on quality, specifically over in Des Moines. They were saying it’s about $2,600 if you do it that way, and you can spread the cost out over 36 monthly credit card installments.
Anyway, there you go.

I remember watching an interview on a major network where Maya Rudolph was guest starring alongside the surgeon who performed her operation. I feel terrible because I can't recall his name—he really made quite an impression on me. As for the actor, they were just total garbage. If anyone happens to know the name of Maya's doctor, please let me know.

I have small breasts, and even when I try to imagine having larger ones, guess what? I'd still be me. I'd still be doing the same things, hanging out with the same crowd, laughing at the same jokes, ordering a latte with milk instead of black coffee... so why bother with surgery?
No amount of cleavage is worth changing who I am or altering my body.

Why do you wear makeup, shave your legs, or pluck your eyebrows? To look better, right? To cover up things on your face you aren't happy with? That's the same thing. Those breasts bother her, but to me, a good bust is just part of being feminine.
She'll be just as happy with big breasts as you'd be buying some cute little outfit, a pair of heels, or some fancy lotion...
She wants the boobs and the whole package.
Beauty requires a little sacrifice.

Thanks for all the input. I did some digging online and found Dr. Kincl; I think I’m going to book an appointment with him. It just feels like the right move. And as for "moonlighting" my old look... honestly, I already have one kid. My breasts were a solid C cup while I was nursing, but now they've shrunk down to an A.
To everyone here being judgmental, let me just say this: So what if I'm a little insecure?
😂 Once the surgery is done, that insecurity will be gone. Besides, plastic surgery has become incredibly common here in the States, so I'm clearly not the only one dealing with these kinds of hang-ups.

Me first. Honestly, if I could go under the knife to fix certain things, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

It's true—what you said about breastfeeding and breast size. During my first pregnancy, mine jumped from a C to an E, and I could barely find any bras that fit; they felt like two heavy bowling balls. After a few months, they settled back to a C, but during my second pregnancy, the size stayed the same—they just lost all their firmness. It was a disaster.

So, if you have the courage, why not? People do all sorts of things just to feel better about how they look.
I’d love to have them larger and firmer myself, but if someone could just wave a magic wand... I've already survived two major surgeries following car accidents, so I told myself "never again."

Let us know how you feel about the results if you decide to go through with it.

Why is everyone—well, most people—so obsessed with grooming? Honestly, we could all stink to high heaven and it would still be perfectly natural. Why the constant need to fix ourselves up, comb our hair, stay on strict diets, shave, and all that? It’s obviously just a quest to look better. To me, a woman wanting to get larger breasts isn't even strange or unnatural.
