man, Scorpions are just the absolute best, hands down... they've got a show coming up in Bulgaria in two months and I seriously can't make it 😢it's so unfair, they're easily the greatest Heavy Metal band to ever do it, the kindest people out there, and their ballads are unmatched... every time I hear Moment in a million years it just hits me right in the feels

Scorpions... I mean, they're alright, they have some really solid stuff, but that vocalist... For a while there, I actually found myself wondering if they had a female singer on the lineup?! 😕

One of my absolute favorite bands, Scorpions, is finally hanging it up after 40 years on the road. It’s a bittersweet feeling—I'm genuinely bummed out, but at the same time, I'm happy because they're going out on their own terms, with total class. I really hope I get the chance to catch them live just one more time.

So, I happened to read today that they're actually heading that way... apparently, the plan is to say their goodbyes with one massive final album followed by an even bigger farewell tour

The absolute kings of European Heavy Metal... I'm talking Wind of Change, Rock you like a Hurricane, Big City Nights, No One Like You... man, I'd give anything to catch them live in Washington, D.C. or maybe even Miami... what do you guys think—any actual chance they'll swing through the States?

Look, I’m not exactly holding my breath here... if they're pulling off a massive tour of 200 shows, do you really think we're on the itinerary? It seems like a stretch, doesn't it? But then again, who knows, maybe they'll just happen to roll through 🤷

What can I say about them? One word: legends.

Holiday, No One Like You, Send Me an Angel, and Big City Nights are definitely my favorite tracks of theirs. It’s a shame they’re retiring, but after 40 incredible years on the road, they’ve probably earned some downtime. Either way, they are a true legendary band.

I think I read somewhere a long time ago that the song by Laufer - buditi moj voda might have actually been inspired by this one from the Scorpions, since there seem to be some similarities between them.🤷

A legendary band, truly. I think it’s enough to say Michael Schenker was with them right at the start. As for Scorpions - Always Somewhere, it honestly baffles me how everyone seems to have forgotten it 😁

Such an incredible band! I honestly feel like most rock fans who only know their greatest hits view them as just a ballad band, but that’s such a misconception. They have so many killer hard rock tracks that would catch people totally off guard. They definitely hit their peak in the 80s—that was clearly their golden era with all the massive hits and huge stadium tours—but I was actually surprised by how good they were back in the 70s. They were kind of overlooked then, having this much more experimental, unique sound on those early albums that feels like a completely different band compared to their 80s stuff. Plus, seeing them live is a whole different beast; I caught one of their shows once and I’d jump at the chance to see them again if they were playing anywhere near me.

They’re still at it—just dropped a new single. I only realized today they’re actually from Germany.
