🙂
It's the truth. The organizer reached out to us directly. They'll be posting the official announcement on the website very soon.

11.01. MINDLESS SELF INDULGENCE
Are we going to see any urine drinking, stage sex, or whatever other depraved nonsense they pull during Dead Day? Honestly, I don't even want to know.🙂

I’m heading over to Spunket first to grab a t-shirt—maybe some stickers or some swag while I'm at it. After that, we'll see. Perhaps. Just a little bit of Shamsu69 to keep an eye on.

Man, I’m right there with you on the "maybe"... I haven't had a decent night's sleep in three days, and tonight? Forget about it. Zero chance. Once I finally crawl through my front door, I'm just gonna collapse straight into bed. If I actually manage to wake up in time for Mustache's oceans, great. If not, well, life goes on...

Will there be urine drinking, sex on stage, or any other little shenanigans during Dead Day... honestly, I don't know and I really don't care to find out...🙂
Is that a guarantee? 🙂
Good grief, good grief, good grief... 👋 👋 👋

Huge props to Marduk, but honestly, I might as well check out those MSI boards since they're already breathing down my neck 😈 😁

Don't expect them anytime before midnight. It’ll probably be somewhere between midnight and 12:30 AM.

Frank Harris43 said:Definitely not before midnight. Maybe between midnight and 12:30.
Perfect. That gives me enough time to grab a book on Robert Johnson at Route, grab a beer at Spunk, and just yell about life's sorrows while listening to Mustache...
Is the bar even open after midnight? I mean, what's a Mustache without a bar?

Forget the bar; true fans show up at the riverbank by eight just to be ready when the band hits the stage.

Drew Adams58 said:Forget the bar scene—real fans are already hanging out by the riverbank at 8:00 just waiting for the band to roll up.
Ae, but you still gotta finish the job.😬

I’ll have everything settled before the concert even starts.😬
@ vividcanyon2 🙂
Here is the official announcement for those who haven't seen it yet:
Due to the incredible incompetence of Marduk's tour organizers—the "agency" Rose Productions out of Poland—the entire tour has been canceled on their end.
We have been in constant contact with Marduk over the last few days trying to save this tour, but unfortunately, it was too late. There were simply too many mistakes made by the Polish "organizers" to salvage the situation.
Given Marduk's genuine desire to play in this part of Europe, which hasn't been visited in quite some time, we have agreed that the tour won't be canceled, but rather POSTPONED!!
In other words, the Marduk concert is POSTPONED until January 2008, when an experienced, proven agency—one that has never run into these kinds of issues—will handle the tour.
Tickets purchased for this Sunday's show will remain valid for the January date. Anyone wishing to request a refund can do so through their original point of purchase within the next few days.
For further information, please reach out to the organizer at: onewithestars@yahoo.com or 555-012-7286 (Boris)

That’s usually a great tactic for mediocre bands 😬 you trying to suggest something there? 😈

So, can we finally enjoy some BBQ this Sunday without any distractions? 😁
I'll be heading back from Scranton that very same evening, which means we could even grab a beer earlier in the afternoon right after lunch—just enough to work up an appetite for more BBQ. It all depends on whether I have to drive to Scranton myself. If I don't have to take the wheel, there's a high chance I'll be celebrating with a few too many drinks and feeling that bad BLOOD 🙂

Is there any truth to the rumors about MSI coming our way? I’ve been scouring their official site and can't find a single mention of them playing a show here in the States...

stormyviper11 said:Yeah, that’s pretty much how it felt at Aquarius recently. It’s a bummer because they barely touch anything from that early eighties era. 😢—I mean, don't get me wrong, what they're doing now is killer and they're still absolute legends, but man, I would give anything just to hear some No Tears / What Use, Jinx, or Desire. Those tracks are classics...
I actually stumbled upon their track "In a manner of speaking" purely by accident once, and honestly, that song alone is enough to make me trek out to a show. It's such a gem. But I hear you—do they just skip the old stuff entirely now, or maybe this new set actually hits the spot for them too? (🙂 Come on, say yes, please say yes! 🙂)?
