I respect that. I guess it’s because of that exact mindset that I ended up starting martial arts nearly ten years later than I originally intended.

Yeah, I'm with you on that 🙂
But whatever 🙂
Does it even matter?

It depends on your perspective, I suppose.
If you’re looking at it from the angle of "if I had started back then, I’d have ten years of experience by now," then it’s a missed opportunity. But if you view it as "who cares, I'm enjoying life right now," then it isn't.
🙂

I don't need a priest... I believe in myself and my own two hands. And my legs. 😬 Because of BV, I stopped being aggressive and became confident. Even at 27, I still have too much energy, and I can only imagine what I'd be like if I wasn't training BV...

Sports are the best thing for a man, and it’s interesting how most of our politicians haven't ever trained any sport. What kind of man never engages in athletics? Hmmmmmm.... maybe those are just complexes surfacing and then taking it out on us... hmmmmmm

I miss training, and today is the first day of the new season 👍 👍 👍

Hmm... I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say BV has replaced the priest...

Look, it's true—working out gives you that sense of fulfillment, peace, and all those other powerful vibes. But let's be real, when you're training, your dopamine is just flooding your system, so of course you feel that way. It’s basically a chemical thing—missing those workouts just leaves you craving that specific high again.

Even though BV touches on the more spiritual side of things, I don't think it actually replaces having a priest, or even your own faith during the chaos of everyday life (for those who are religious, anyway).

Maybe I totally missed the point of the headline. My bad if I did!
