It’s kind of like this:Everyone keeps telling me I'm acting weird... But honestly, even in the middle of summer when it hits 90 degrees out, I can suddenly feel a chill run through me. I'll find myself craving a blanket just because I'm freezing. Plus, my feet are ALWAYS ice cold. It's not like I'm shivering all day long, but most of the time when everyone else is sweltering, I'm the one feeling the cold. We were out at the Mississippi River once, and it was actually pretty warm—even for me!—but after a little while, I started feeling chilled and my feet felt like literal blocks of ice... If I'm struggling like this during the summer, you can imagine how much I'm going to suffer once winter actually hits!!
What's going on with me? Should I go see a doctor about it?
Thanks!!!!!

My circulation is just terrible. My feet end up looking gray, almost like a corpse.😲 ...plus I'm constantly freezing; I honestly hate winter.😠
btw: how long does it take you before you can actually handle jumping into the freezing Mississippi?

I'm not saying I'm cold all the time, but usually, while everyone else is sweltering, I'm shivering. Maybe you aren't eating enough?
I've noticed that when I'm thinner, I can't stand being in the ocean for long; I just get cold and can't wait to get out.

I don't think it necessarily has to be a circulation issue, though it's possible.
Still, having a sudden chill when it's 93 degrees out—that hasn't happened to me, and frankly, it sounds a bit concerning.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to check in with a doctor.

My ideal ambient temperature sits comfortably at a steady 86 degrees.
It is most likely nothing more than poor circulation. Even when my home reaches that 86-degree mark, I find myself sitting there huddled under a heavy duvet.
You really ought to go see a doctor just to be safe, especially since you're experiencing these sudden bouts of feeling cold. It won't cost you anything to get checked out, and it's better to be certain. 🙂

Honestly, don't even ask how long it takes me to get into the Mississippi... a looooong time!
