Headache, nausea, fatigue, and chest pressure???

Ugh, this is driving me crazy... the nausea is honestly the worst part.
I was in a car wreck recently, though I don't think I actually took a hit or anything, at least as far as I can tell. Now I'm just feeling off. Does anyone actually know what these symptoms mean?
I went to see my doctor, but since he’s out on vacation, his covering physician just checked my blood pressure and brushed it off, saying, "It's probably just the weather changing." Like, seriously?
