Feeling run down? Low immunity?

I’ve been feeling incredibly lightheaded for a few days now, and my blood pressure is all over the place. I get these sudden, intense waves of heat in my head, followed by a cold sweat breaking out everywhere else. My head is also throbbing, specifically right above my eyes. This whole thing just hit me out of nowhere four days ago. There’s this weird burning sensation in my head, too. Honestly, I’m getting pretty worried. I’ve lost my appetite—not that I’m skipping meals entirely, but I just can't stomach much. Could this be my immune system crashing or something?

Check your blood pressure first. If those numbers are swinging wildly, go see a doctor immediately so they can order some tests.
Also, have you been out in the sun too much without a hat? You might just be dealing with heatstroke.

No, but I'm exhausted. I feel like I could sleep forever... I have epilepsy, so honestly, I'm terrified this is all coming back. It's just this sudden dizziness, combined with heart palpitations that seem tied directly to my blood pressure.

Don't waste your energy agonizing over the "what ifs." Just get yourself to your doctor for a full, thorough checkup. Are you currently on any anti-seizure meds? It's possible they aren't working for you anymore and you need a different prescription. Go handle it, then get home, rest as much as possible, and stay hydrated.
