So, I’ve run into a bit of a situation... I picked up a pair of new flip-flops about three weeks ago, and everything was going great until about a week ago.

It turns out I have this weird walking habit where my feet tilt outward just a tiny bit, and apparently, I’ve been stepping right on the straps. At first, they were just slightly annoying, so I didn't think much of it—especially since I end up walking in them for over an hour every day. But when I got home last night, the pain was absolutely brutal. When I finally checked, I saw two massive blisters, one on each foot.

So... here's my question... am I allowed to pop these? What should I even do about this?
I guess I'm officially sentenced to wearing comfy sneakers for a while.

Here are some photos so you can see exactly what I'm dealing with.

Could those have been some cheap flip-flops from a discount shop—maybe even just $30 ones? I actually run into this issue myself when I pick up a few pairs for lounging at home. Sometimes, the little plastic strap that comes out of the thong part is just too bulky or hasn't been sanded down enough, you know? Or, the toe posts themselves might be positioned way too close together, or perhaps they sit a bit too far back toward the heel without being smooth enough against the skin. If that’s the case with your sandals, honestly, I wouldn't wear them anymore! But if the shoes are fine, then maybe your feet are just extra sensitive right now. I've personally dealt with little cuts in that area from bad footwear, though never on my toes—so I can't say for sure what happened to you, but do whatever feels right for you... Personally, I usually just let my blisters heal on their own and then give myself a nice pedicure once everything is settled.

Pop the blisters, apply some Geocon (available at any local drugstore for about five bucks), and you will feel brand new within a few days.

They aren't some cheap, flimsy rubber crap either... I think I actually walked all over that spot near where the local Starbucks is located 😳

Look, I’ll just pick some up and give them a shot... It wouldn't even be a big deal if I didn't have to walk much, but it's actually the exact opposite 😠

Thanks, everyone 😘

I will buy some and give it a try. It wouldn't matter if I didn't walk much, but I actually walk quite a bit.😠

Thank you all.😘

Truly, try Geocon. It is unlikely to fail you.
