Which painkiller should I use?

That won't do much for you... according to most medical advice, it works best if you start taking it two days before your period starts and continue for three days straight...
Alternatives: Dexedrin, Naproxen, Analgin??, or just some Tylenol...

Honestly, it’s not useless—when it comes to a toothache, it's worth its weight in gold.
I've tried Voltaren and Ibuprofen, but they barely did anything for me; I ended up popping way too many milligrams and dealing with a nasty bout of diarrhea because of it...
But with Tramal, even just 50 mg a day is enough to dull the pain just enough so you can actually function normally...

What are the alternatives? Thinking about Dexedrin, some Naproxen combo, maybe Analgin?? Or just standard 500mg Tylenol.

I don't really need those kinds of preparations—my pain isn't intense enough that I'd need to start prepping days in advance. Plus, when my period hits, if it's actually painful, it's usually just for the first day—so I'll just take maybe one or two Voltaren and call it a day.

Really? I picked some up just last month... I had no idea they might have stopped making it. As far as I know, you can still find it pretty easily here in the States. Does anyone actually know what's going on with this?

Sure, but using Tramal for a toothache is overkill...

For me, Nalgesin works best, usually within $8.25..there are different strengths available, and my doctor—the one I see specifically for migraines—actually recommended them.

They really kick in after about 15 minutes...👍

Unfortunately, it's gone. I checked a few different pharmacies, and apparently, they won't start manufacturing it again until early next year.

It depends on what you're looking for... claiming that Tramal doesn't work is just nonsense, given how incredibly potent that narcotic analgesic actually is...

The pharmacist suggested three different pain relievers, and I ended up going with Neofen Forte. It seems to be doing the job okay enough, I guess.

I’m really hoping for Voltaren again. 😁 If they start manufacturing it again at the start of next year, I can hold out until then—though I honestly have no clue why they'd pause production in the first place... in the meantime, I'll just take whatever the pharmacist suggests... maybe something like Neofen Forte, similar to what Hannah James50 used.
