Look, it could honestly be because we've been having a ton of sex lately. We've been going at it way more than usual over the last couple of months since we’re trying to get pregnant. This issue probably started showing up about a month ago, I guess.

If you're planning on getting pregnant, my advice is to see an OB-GYN. You'll want to clear up any bacterial or yeast infections now to avoid complications later during the pregnancy.

Get tested for everything and get an ultrasound done...

I was at the OBGYN about three months ago and everything seemed totally fine, both the ultrasound and my dad's checkup.

diet, carbohydrates, and everything else: start acting right, or I might just have to box you all up... and God forbid, I may even issue a ban 😁

I don't get it.

For one thing, it could just be that you aren't getting enough natural lubrication during sex; maybe try using a lubricant

I THINK I JUST GOT BANNED!

I’m pretty sure this is all just one big misunderstanding.
I was honestly just trying to quote a post where someone was being a total jerk to a girl—saying things like "you've got so many bacteria even bleach couldn't scrub you clean"—and I wanted to tell that guy to shut his mouth because he was being trashy.
Maybe I messed up the quoting tool or something, but I definitely got taken the wrong way here. Just look at my previous posts in this thread to see where I'm coming from!

Seriously, what did I even do?😢

It’s not always about rushing in, Gin.
What were women even doing before gynecologists and tampons existed? Just letting things happen naturally?
Don't go overboard now.

You make a fair point! 👍
Honestly, this feels more like an issue of being overactive rather than anything else. But then again, that’s hardly a bad thing to have. 😁
Stash, sometimes you just have to embrace what comes your way...😁

If you were a total banana, you wouldn't even be able to post, right? Haha! 😬
You only got a warning card because your tone was a bit off! I actually had a similar experience once when my wording was way too blunt, so I totally get how it goes. Just keep it positive!
Does that make sense now? Clearer?

It’s probably just some kind of yeast infection... I'd say maybe try some
Canesten cream or those vaginal suppositories...

frozenbear5 said:Oh, right—I use a liquid intimate wash from Bali. I’m not sure what the pH level is, but I assume if it’s specifically made for that, it should be fine. Though, honestly, you probably don't need anything else at all.

Bali doesn't actually make a liquid intimate wash😬

Regarding my own issues, it might just be that things are getting too dry, which can stretch the delicate skin until it cracks... especially if you aren't moisturizing enough.🙂
You should definitely see a gynecologist and tell the doctor to just give you a break for ten days so everything can heal up properly.
Maybe try applying some gentle baby diaper rash cream to the area.
And please, don't try to treat anything like yeast infections without a doctor's advice.
Besides, it's likely not even a fungal issue.🙂

You haven't been banned; as jadesailor14 mentioned, you just have a warning on your record for future reference, with minimal points deducted 😁

Thanks so much for clearing up what I meant and explaining to her exactly why I had to give her that red card! 🙏

It’s just me, jadesailor14.
I've been lurking through these threads for a few days now.
You're kind of a mean one, you know...😁

I’m definitely not the villain here, I promise! 😈
If only you realized how much
I’m talking about—enough that you might actually want to use a warning card for off-topic posts instead of just venting
So please, just take it easy 🙂

And what are you even talking about regarding bans or restrictions? You have a warning card, which means you can act just like everyone else without being one of those "card-happy" forum users
So 🙂stop telling fairy tales

Regarding that issue—if things are too dry, you run the risk of stretching the delicate skin too much, which can lead to tiny tears. It’s especially tricky if you aren't using enough lube.🙂
You should definitely check in with a gynecologist and tell the doctor to give you a ten-day break so everything has time to heal up properly.
In the meantime, you could try applying some gentle baby cream for diaper rash to that area.
And please, don't try to treat anything like a yeast infection without a professional's okay.
Besides, I don't think it's actually a fungal thing.🙂

I'm on the same page here.
I really doubt it's Candida, since even though the symptoms overlap, they feel a bit different.
Maybe take a moment to figure out if it’s a physical injury—like a small tear—or if it's just stinging, or maybe just redness, or no redness at all...
Also, try using a bit more lube during sex.

Don't mess with the mods. Anyway, my take is that guys—even if they're future MDs—shouldn't be handing out advice about stuff like Domestos. You can't just lump a Candida infection, which attacks the mucous membranes and the vulva, in with skin irritation... those are two completely different types of pain and itching. They haven't actually felt the sting of Candida or the burning sensation from irritated, tight skin, so how can they justify recommending medication when they don't even grasp what the actual issue is? 🙂

Look, speaking from experience here—well, not my own directly, but from what happened with my partner back when we first started out—I rushed things way too fast before she was actually ready, and it really messed things up. There’s a very real chance that what you're dealing with is just... you know, a tiny tear in the tissue...
