Seriously, please post a picture of what things look like after those seven days... and maybe some shots of you hanging out with the hospital staff!

Listen, if you're so incredibly convinced that it’s such a great idea, why on earth are you even here asking for advice and opinions?🙄 Just go ahead and do it, and may God smile upon you later.👍 👍 👍

Seriously though, after riding that massive shuttle roller coaster at Six Flags, I was totally feeling it! If I could survive that adrenaline rush, anyone else can definitely handle this too.

First off, I couldn't even watch that for more than ten seconds—it was just too much. And honestly, I have my doubts about whether it's actually healthy. Angela Wright, you might remember from another thread that I deal with some health issues, but this? This is way out of my league... I could never bring myself to try something like this. I did see a documentary once claiming that an annual enema is supposedly healthy—apparently, some indigenous tribes do it and they all live to be a hundred—but even then, this feels like a massive stretch. 😲 😲 😲 😲 😲 😲 No, absolutely not!

Angela Wright, you already saw my other posts about my health issues, but this? This is a hard pass. I remember seeing some documentary claiming that an annual enema is perfectly fine—apparently, some indigenous tribes do it and live to be a hundred—but this specific thing?...............................😲 😲 😲 😲 😲 😲 absolutely not!

What "issues"?🤣 Look, she definitely has issues, just nothing to do with this.🙄
And those photos... look, I'm no biologist, but that looks exactly like the worms they used to keep in jars of formaldehyde in science class, though obviously, that's a different situation with a totally different treatment.
Come on, people, this has to be a troll.😛
I find it impossible to believe it could be anything else.😳

Fasting for seven days straight? Man, you’ve gotta hand it to them—that takes some serious grit...

I have this friend who does a total fast every Monday. She doesn't eat a single thing all day, claiming it's the perfect way to reset after a heavy weekend of eating. She says she’s felt amazing ever since she started making it part of her routine...

The big thing everyone misses about fasting is that you can't let your digestion just stall out, otherwise the whole thing is pointless.
Basically, you have to put something in your system to keep things moving through your gut at a steady pace.
A guy I work with tried this using an Aloe Vera supplement. It’s a 7 to 10-day program. You don't eat anything, just stick to those supplements and some herbal teas, and you'll be hitting the bathroom like clockwork. He even said his energy stayed totally normal—he kept up with his light workouts and functioned just fine.

The point is CLEANING OUT your system, not STARVING yourself.

I’m telling you, whenever I skip meals—like on those days when my appetite just completely vanishes—or if I’m barely eating anything at all, my digestive system just... shuts down. It's like everything stops moving, and then you're left wondering how on earth you're supposed to get things back on track. 😲

To looks fine to me. Like some sort of spaghetti or maybe seaweed. 😬

I honestly don't get how someone can be such a fanatic that they actually volunteer for an enema for no reason at all—unless, I guess, it's mandatory before giving birth.
Just drink a liter of coffee and you've got yourself a natural enema. 😬

I don't get how much of a psycho you have to be to volunteer for an enema for no reason (unless it's before labor, I guess).
Just chug a liter of coffee and there's your natural flush. 😬

😲 😲 😲
Don't drink a liter of coffee, YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY DIE!!!

If caring about your own health isn't enough reason for you, then sorry!

If caring about your own health isn't enough motivation for you, then I'm sorry, but you're on your own.

I'm just messing with you; obviously, we all know excessive caffeine can make your heart give out. 😁

Look, I care about my health, but obsessing over my gut health is a bit too much for me. Sorry.😬

I just want to know when it all actually comes out... does it hurt?
It looks gross, but if you take a high-dose detox supplement, you'll get plenty of action.

Actually, people are probably talking about those total cleanses I saw on some documentary once.
The kind where stuff builds up in your system for years and then you try to flush it all out.
Sounds like a good idea, but honestly, it freaks me out a little.
I've tried plenty of "cleanses" before, but I've never seen anything quite this horrific.

From what my girlfriends have told me, there’s zero pain involved when everything finally clears out... honestly, it feels no different than just having a regular bowel movement. It’s basically just all the waste and sludge that’s been sticking to your intestinal walls for years. Even if you went on a total water fast for a week, that stuff isn't just going to budge on its own. You actually have to take specific herbal supplements that act like a magnet to pull it all out, and only then does it leave your system. Plus, you drink this special homemade broth that helps rebuild your gut microbiome.
I’m telling you again, you can’t just dive into this blindly; you really need to do your homework and prep properly first.

Do you guys know if any local pharmacies actually stock those herbal supplements for this? And what's the damage to the wallet?
Also, if your friends actually went through with it—how often does that happen? Did they bother talking to a doctor about it, or is everyone just blindly following whatever junk they find online?

Now, look, you can certainly extend the fast for much longer than just sticking to water; I mean, you really ought to incorporate plenty of juices into the mix. In my view, juice essentially functions as nourishment, and you can absolutely sustain yourself on it for a few weeks without any major issues. I’m speaking from direct, personal experience here—I underwent surgery on my stomach and esophagus about three weeks ago, and eating solid food is simply off the table right now. My entire diet consists solely of clear broths and various juices. I have to maintain this regimen for another couple of weeks, and during this time, I’ve already dropped about 11 pounds. My gastroenterologist isn't worried about the lack of solid food one bit; in fact, he actually suggested that it might even be beneficial if you're carrying a little extra weight, especially since the human body is designed to function quite beautifully on its own reserves 🙂 honestly, I feel absolutely wonderful, just brimming with energy. Even my skin has this incredible glow to it. My advice? Go for it—just keep it moderate. Focus on water and juices. 👍
