Hormone issues: What's your experience?

I just went in for some blood work to check my hormone levels. Everything came back totally normal except for one thing: my Estradiol (E2) is at 11.6. The standard range for girls my age is usually 0.07 to 10.7. Since mine is slightly high, I was wondering if anyone here knows what this specific hormone actually does and if having it elevated is something I should be worried about? Just for context, I'm 15.

I was throwing up yesterday... ended up at the ER and they had me do blood work and stuff.
Then they put me on an IV... left the needle in overnight. I went back for a checkup this morning.
They pulled it out... and there isn't even a scar or anything. Just a tiny little dot where the IV
was...😕
