Hey guys, I’ve been feeling like I really need to start hitting the vitamins—my energy levels have been all over the place lately—so I wanted to pick your brains... do you think taking one tablet of Complex b and Plivit C every day is actually a good move?

What kind of vitamin deficiency are we even talking about here? Is this just for general wellness, or are you trying to bounce back from something specific... like stress, an illness, or maybe some side effects from other meds?
Generally speaking, pairing Complex b with Plivit C is a solid move 👍 !

I mean, I definitely could use some vitamins in general... just to help me function better, feel more alive, actually have some energy instead of being a zombie all day, boost my immune system, and stuff like that...

So, I just stumbled upon a post where you mentioned wanting to join the police force! If that's the case, we're looking at an isolated incident here, and honestly, it takes things to a whole different level. No amount of vitamins is going to fix some of the issues you've got going on!

( Like Kawasaki3P says: ..progress is slow.. 🙂 )

Look, I’m nowhere near being a cop... I haven't even finished high school yet. Not that it really matters right now, but just bear with me. What do you mean by "another dimension"? I'm pretty big into sports, so I'm mostly looking to kick my energy levels and focus up a notch—that's why I'm digging into the whole vitamin thing... plus, just trying to stay healthy in general.

He's essentially suggesting that vitamins aren't stimulants; they'll only alleviate symptoms if you're dealing with a specific vitamin deficiency—which seems unlikely—or a condition specifically targeted by vitamin therapy

So, you're saying there's actually no point in taking them? If that's the case—what do you guys think I should be doing instead?

I didn't say there weren't any options; in fact, if you're looking to supplement 😁 then I'd suggest going with some vitamin supplements. I'm not trying to sell you anything, but maybe try some multivitamins for long-term use—I've used things like Centrum before, they worked fine for me for a couple of months and cost about thirty bucks
