Hi there—I’m reaching out because I’d love to get some professional insight on something
I’ve ended up in this really strange state—until yesterday, I was a total "foodie," 🙂but suddenly, I have zero urge to eat. I used to get lightheaded if I skipped breakfast, but now? I’m just bursting with energy without eating a thing 😕. For the last two or three days, I've forced myself to eat a little bit just to keep my bone density steady, but honestly, I don't feel like I need it. Today, I even had a glass of milk just to stay balanced, yet I'm functioning perfectly—thinking clearly, running, walking, biking all day long—and I feel fine, no stomach growling or anything, and my digestion is totally normal 😁. It's just confusing... I actually miss that feeling of hunger—that joy of sitting down to a delicious meal—since I don't feel it anymore

This happens to me every once in a while. Look, I’m a total foodie—I live for a good ribeye steak or some high-end artisanal sausages just as much as I love a hearty bowl of chili. Usually, just thinking about food gets me hyped, and when a plate actually hits the table, my whole body kind of tingles. But then? Then there are these stretches where I eat strictly because I have to. It’s rare, but it happens. I don't crave anything. You could put a five-star gourmet spread right in front of my face and I wouldn't give it a second thought. And honestly? I’m not even worried about it. If anything, I welcome these phases with open arms because, let's be real, until recently, I was basically a walking keg 😍 (that damn Weight Watchers program turned me into a total tank

I've hit this bizarre phase... I used to be such a total foodie, you know? A real gourmet. 🙂 But suddenly, I just don't feel the need to eat at all. It used to be that if I missed breakfast, my head would be spinning, but now? I'm just wired with energy without touching a thing. 😕 I've managed to force down a little something every couple of days just so my bones don't turn to dust, but honestly, I don't even need it. Today I had a glass of milk just to stay functional, but otherwise, I'm feeling great—thinking clearly, running, walking, biking all day long. My stomach isn't even growling, and everything is fine physically 😁 . I just don't get it... I actually miss that feeling of being hungry, you know? That satisfaction when you finally eat something delicious... since I don't feel that anymore.

Maybe it's because you were popping Adderall the day before.😁 😁

So, I’ve actually spent this entire week without feeling any real hunger—which is quite a change for me, considering I consider myself a total foodie and someone who always keeps an overstuffed pantry—and I find that just one reliable meal a day is more than enough. At first, I suspected it was just stress, but perhaps it is simply the season? It isn't something to be embarrassed about if you feel otherwise; maybe our serotonin levels are just spiking from all this sunshine, and we're adjusting—a decrease in appetite often follows such shifts. This is particularly common among those dealing with seasonal affective disorder (including certain individuals with bipolar disorder) >>> no, please don't let it frighten you!<<<, but honestly, it is a fairly common experience for many people these days. It is fine—think of it as a little internal cleanse. Just make sure you are keeping up with your minerals and vitamins through teas or fresh juices. Personally, I am partial to red grapefruit, though occasionally I’ll take some tomato juice and stir in a bit of lemon and honey (do give it a try, regardless of how unappealing that might sound!); as for tea, I tend toward sage—which is wonderful for minerals and helps with perspiration—and cranberry. And perhaps grab a small snack now and then just to ensure those vitamins actually get absorbed.👍

Better get some amphetamines before you hit the speed... or maybe you're just head over heels.😍
