I’ve been having a really hard time getting any decent sleep lately, and my eyes just feel heavy and exhausted all the time. I actually went to see an eye doctor about it, but they didn't find anything major—just suggested I might need some reading glasses for close-up work. On top of that, the dark circles under my eyes have been getting way more noticeable lately. Even when I feel like I’ve slept enough hours, I wake up feeling like my eyes are completely drained. It’s this weird cycle where I can't seem to fall asleep properly, yet during the day, my eyes feel so tired, though occasionally things feel somewhat normal in the evening. Has anyone dealt with this before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

So, how much time are you actually spending staring at a desktop, or even worse, hunched over a laptop? If it’s a lot, you need to start using some artificial tears immediately—I’d suggest Refresh. Also, blink more often. Seriously. And get your eyes out into some natural sunlight as much as possible.

Now, if that isn't the root cause, give the eye drops a shot anyway. But look, if things don't improve, go back and see your specialist. Don't just sit there.

And for heaven's sake, air out your rooms and make sure you're actually getting some sleep. 😳

It’s the exact same issue. It started happening recently, and honestly, I haven't been able to wrap my head around what's causing it.
