Missed a dose of my antibiotics: what should I do?

I'm currently on a triple antibiotic regimen. My schedule was set for 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Today, I slept through my morning dose 😲 and didn't get them down until 12:30 PM. Is it okay if I push my next dose back to 11:30 PM—essentially waiting 11 hours instead of the usual interval?

Look, you’ve gotta space those antibiotics out by twelve hours, no question about it. I was stuck on a course myself just the other day, and honestly, I started taking them at 7 AM and then 7 PM, but towards the end, I drifted into taking them at 11 AM and then 11 PM. It didn't make the meds any less effective or anything, so don't sweat the timing too much if you miss the exact window.

It all ends up being the same thing. Whether you take it an hour or two too early or an hour or two too late...

- And why do people say if you don't finish the whole course, it’s basically like you never even took them...
