I’ve got this super pale face, man. Like, whenever I look at photos, I stick out like a sore thumb compared to everyone else. Is that just my skin tone, or is it something deeper, like my circulation or whatever? Is there actually anything I can do to fix this because honestly, being this washed out sucks.

Honestly, I’m looking a little anemic myself lately, so who cares? If someone doesn't find me attractive, they don't have to look at me.

So, I was wondering if that’s just down to my skin type, or if it’s actually caused by something else, like my blood circulation or maybe something else entirely? Is there anything out there that could help improve it, because I’m honestly not a big fan of being so pale.

Well, have you thought about trying a tanning bed? I mean, maybe you could try going for 5 or 6 sessions in a row to build up a base, and then just go occasionally after that to maintain the glow. You just have to be really careful at first—like, maybe don't stay in for more than 5 minutes during those initial sessions—and then you can stay in longer later on, though I guess that depends on the specific machine you use. I'm pretty sure you'd end up with a really nice tan that way.🙂

I honestly feel like people who are super pale just shouldn't even bother with tanning beds. Like, if you're looking as fair as Nicole Kidman

Look, I wasn't really ever that pale before, but over the last year or so, I've definitely started noticing it. Sometimes my face looks totally normal, but other times I just look like a damn rag—which sucks because I'm looking like a rag about 95% of the time. I heard it might be something to do with poor circulation or whatever. Anyway, it’s just my face that gets washed out; my skin everywhere else isn't even that bad.🙂

hmm, did you end up seeing a doctor? It’s possible it’s just poor circulation since it isn't affecting your whole body

Apparently, there’s some kind of blood flow issue going on up there for "some" reason 🤣

Just kidding... though, honestly, maybe the circulation really is an issue.. 😁

Ugh, you have Photoshop now if those photos are bothering you 🤣

Just grab some dark concealer then.😉

Gosh, why would I even do that? I'd end up looking like a total ghost. Just a dark face and a pale body everywhere else. Totally weird. 🤮

Well, have fun getting all messy then.😁

What’s the best way to handle this for people who can't risk direct sun exposure or use tanning beds?
Right now, I've been relying on self-tanning lotions, but they seem to fade way too quickly. It's a bit of a hassle.

They won't let me—they're saying if you look anemic, you aren't allowed in the tanning salon.

If she’s always been pale, then I guess it's just normal. I don't really see what the big deal is. At least you can claim you've got that whole aristocratic look going on. 😬 😎

I’m incredibly pale—think more along the lines of Nicole Kidman—and honestly, I’m totally fine with that in a sea of girls trying way too hard to look tan. I never hit the beach under the midday sun and I stay far away from tanning beds... I actually get complimented on my complexion all the time, so if I have any advice, it's just to embrace who you are instead of trying to blend in with the crowd!
