Could someone please tell me a bit more about this medication?!
I’ve already done quite a bit of digging online—so really, I'm just looking for your personal experiences, if you're willing to share them.

Also, any practical tips for managing depression and anxiety would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I've been scrolling through the web, so I'm really just looking for some personal experiences, if you're willing to share.

Also, any practical tips on how to tackle depression and anxiety would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

I haven't personally used SSRIs (just stuck to benzodiazepines), but honestly, I'd always rather take a couple of hours
to go out for a hard bike ride instead—I can't recommend something like that enough.
Go aerobic; try to push yourself a little harder for at least an hour straight if
you can manage it. Swimming, running, cycling... you get the idea. You feel so much better once those
natural endorphins kick in.

By the way, regarding Lex. (and beyond), this site is pretty handy.

Hang in there. 🙂

I was diagnosed with mild anxiety and prescribed a month's worth of Prozac and Xanax.
I decided to ditch the pills entirely and signed up for a Kryu course—it’s basically the art of living. It was just a short breathing workshop, but man, it helped me so much!
This isn't some fluff or "woo-woo" nonsense either. I truly recommend it; if you can, find a way to clear out all that built-up stress and negative energy using a natural method like this.

There are instructors in New York, Chicago, Miami, Austin, and Denver, so just do a little digging online.

My experience was positive. Here in the States, this is known as Lexapro. I felt a little off at first, but nothing major.
