How to merge MP3 files

I’ve got these four MP3 files sitting around—each one is roughly 20 KB or so
I'm looking to stitch them all together into one single file... is that even doable? And if it is, what kind of software am I actually looking at here, and how does one go about doing it? 😕

You can't. Convert the MP3 to WAV, or the WAV to MP3—then you can mix them.

So, I've run into a bit of a snag with my Chrome 4 GB MP3 player.

Basically, whenever I'm listening to a track, it just skips to the next song after about 30 seconds. It was working perfectly fine before, though.
I think I might have accidentally bumped some setting or pressed something I wasn't supposed to, because now it's acting up and I've got no clue what happened.

Try messing around with the repeat setting—that’s what they call the intro (it’s supposed to just play the start of each track, usually about 15 seconds, but yours seems stuck at 30 for some reason). You should be able to toggle between repeat one, repeat all, or no repeat right there...
