During intercourse—specifically during certain positions that allow for deep penetration—I experience a dull pain. It feels as though when my partner enters fully, he strikes "something," which causes significant discomfort. Is it possible that my vaginal canal is simply too short, causing contact with the cervix? I did not encounter these issues with my previous boyfriend, but my current partner is quite large, which leads me to wonder if that is the underlying cause. If this is indeed the case, could there be any long-term consequences, such as infertility or other complications? I understand that the body is quite flexible in this regard, yet I cannot identify any other reason for this sensation, and I am feeling rather anxious. For context, I attend regular checkups with my gynecologist and everything has been cleared, but I find it somewhat embarrassing to bring up this specific issue. This happens to me and my wife from time to time too—honestly, your guy probably just has a bit too much "going on" down there and hits the end too hard. I’d suggest just being upfront with him about it. He needs to be more mindful and maybe dial back the intensity a bit; there's really no reason for him to be causing you actual pain when he could just... not.

It’s likely just a cyst.
Go see your OB-GYN and ask them to run an ultrasound.
I don't want to freak you out, but that can be a symptom of endometriosis, though it isn't a guarantee.

My OB-GYN did an ultrasound and basically told me everything looks fine, then just suggested I try changing my position or something. 😁
