I just hope the whole thing doesn't drag on for more than four hours. I'll be out on the road, so my only option is to record it on a VHS tape, and those things only hold about four hours of footage. 😠

Based on the schedule, the broadcast is set to run for about three and a half hours. So, a four-hour tape should give us plenty of breathing room, even if we don't use the LP. 🙂

I have to say, I’m a little skeptical about that... It's pretty rare for PRIDE to wrap things up in under five hours.

Well, there might be some preliminary bouts leading up to the main semifinals that won't actually make the broadcast.

I'm really hoping Mirko just absolutely crushes this guy—you know, the one who barely even looks human sometimes😉

Look, they broadcast the entire UFC event. Every single fight. That’s exactly why this thing is going to drag on forever. Usually, when I order the UFC pay-per-views, they run about three hours, but those have all the fluff edited out—you know, the fighter entrances, the breaks, the little intros... if we're watching the raw version, this could easily hit four hours, maybe even longer!

For instance, the last Bushido tournament ran from about 8:30 in the morning until 2:00 in the afternoon. To be fair, there were plenty of fights on the schedule, though quite a few of them wrapped up pretty quickly.

Is that happening tomorrow? 😕
