I was talking about overdoing it with ascorbic acidβcreating the perfect pH storm for kidney stones (calcium oxalate) and leaching calcium from your system. Osteoporosis is just the long-term fallout from that kind of constant hypotoxicity.
Osteoporosis can also come from slamming too much meat and protein (like those crazy Atkins diets or anything used to bulk up muscle), which ends up creating an excess of endogenous oxalic acid...
dietary issues, malnutrition, mental health struggles (anorexia, bulimia)βall lead to estrogen deficiency...
"Osteoporosis" is a massive umbrella term. In your case, it's just a byproduct of your primary condition thatβs making it hard to stay active. And that primary issue started because of π, but hey, you know your own medical history better than I do.
