It’s getting ridiculous. There are way too many film festivals in this country, too many movies, and way too many film mags. People are becoming pathologically obsessed with cinema—it’s honestly tragic. I heard they might even shut down the investigation into those high-end jewelry thieves just so they can pull the plug on a few festivals. 🙂

Thanks to my patron Adam Wright56, I currently have "Terminator," "American Ninja Warrior," and "Suicide Squad" on hand. I also picked up "Enter the Dragon" from another friend, along with the previously mentioned "Ninja Assassin" and "Dragon Ninja."

I have to breeze through a few exams this September before I can actually dive into reviewing them. I watched "Terminator" at a friend's place this past Saturday, and honestly, the movie was a total mess. Hence the avatar. 🙂

It’s a well-known fact that there are more film festivals in the world than there are days in a year.

I suppose somewhere in that mess, "Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind" was bound to pick up an award.

Glad they’re still around... honestly, let there be as many as possible...
At least you can actually find a decent movie to watch sometimes...
Just look at how many theaters we have and what kind of films are playing...
Still, out of all the film festivals I've been to... Sundance is my absolute favorite. That's just how it is.👋

I actually wish they happened more often—it’s impossible to coordinate my free time with the festival schedule, and I love this kind of stuff.😢
