So, I went to a concert at a local venue this past Saturday, standing maybe six or seven feet away from the main speakers, and my ears have been ringing incessantly for three days now. It feels like my hearing might actually be a bit duller than it was before the show. I’ve had similar issues in the past after hitting up clubs or live shows, but usually, it would just clear up after a good night's sleep.

What should my next move be here, and what are the actual odds that this tinnitus is going to be a permanent fixture?

Usually, that ringing in your ears should die down after maybe two or three days, assuming the culprit was just blasting some loud music or something similar—and whatever you do, don't go making that mistake again.
Then again, "tinnitus" is such a massive, vague umbrella term... It's most often caused by being blasted with high decibels or maybe an ear infection or something along those lines.

Tinnitus might actually be treatable—maybe even curable—through acupuncture, acupressure, or even some targeted shiatsu massage. From what I've gathered, it’s really more about an imbalance in your stomach's energy levels rather than being a traditional disease itself. I've personally seen quite a bit of success trying to tackle it that way...

Stay safe out there, 👋

What on earth is this... some kind of sudden surge of people pushing for an alternative to PDF?

Listen, I’d appreciate it if we could move this entire discussion over to the other thread.
