What are the odds of getting pregnant while on your period?
Is a woman essentially sterile during those days?

I realize this might sound a bit naive😁 , but I have a friend who is convinced she conceived during her cycle, and according to her math, it’s highly plausible. How is that even possible?😬

It’s entirely possible for an egg to mature a little earlier than expected right during your period, and boom—you’re pregnant. You wouldn't be the first person this has happened to. The odds are slim, sure, but it's far from impossible.

I’m genuinely curious about how those Nobel laureates actually crunched the numbers to conclude that conception happened right on the day of menstruation.
