I desperately need an antibiotic, but my doctor is totally MIA over the weekend. I’ve got bronchitis, a fever, sinus issues, and now my bladder is acting up—honestly, maybe even my ovaries after that late-night swim last night. Does anyone know if I can just walk into a pharmacy and grab antibiotics without a prescription? And if so, which ones? I heard they might give out amoxicillin? I seriously need to be back on my feet by Monday!🙄

On Saturdays, you’ll have to rely on the local urgent care clinics. Give the information hotline a call, or just check the news or look online.

It’s a long shot that you’ll be feeling 100% by Monday; antibiotics aren't exactly like taking an Advil for instant relief.
Plus, there isn't a one-size-fits-all cure for everything...

Is there an urgent care clinic nearby where you could go to get checked out?

Lisa Moore61, there’s no need to get worked up over this... it’s clearly just another desperate grab for attention ☕

Just you wait until I'm dead. Then you'll all be crying my name.😁
ps. Seriously though, there aren't any doctors around here worth a damn, unless you count the ones at the ER. And it's not even about my lungs—I mean, yeah, I can barely catch my breath, but I still have to get to work. It's my ovaries. I absolutely cannot afford to deal with another infection right now.

Then just go to the ER!!! Seriously, don't go asking for antibiotics without a prescription...

There’s a reason doctors require a script for antibiotics—don't try to play doctor on your own.

Here, let Dr. Miller rewrite it for you... 🙄

Go to the ER. That’s literally what the ER is there for, you know?

Just got my prescription for amoxicillin. Fingers crossed this actually does the trick.

ER or a pharmacy?
Did an actual doctor even look at you? Are you sure it's an ovarian infection, or are you just diagnosing yourself? If it's a bladder infection, why aren't you drinking that cranberry tea?
They didn't even give me amoxicillin for mine... I'm still feeling fresh and I'm still treating it.

Right. And then you’ll end up posting constant nonsense on Zionist Kitchen for ten bucks a pop. People with bronchitis and fevers seem to love doing that. 🙄
