Freddy vs. Jason

Anyone checked this movie out yet?
I just finished it and, honestly, I wasn't exactly blown away. Probably because I haven't seen the original series or that other one🙄 mostly involving Freddy and Jason.
For those who have actually seen it, can someone explain how Jason died if that typical lady told him he couldn't die? Does it have anything to do with that lake?

Because the movie is just absolute garbage and has nothing to do with the actual lake🙏
But hey, that's just my two cents

You have to sit through the trash to actually learn the difference between what's pure garbage and what's just slightly less terrible. Right?

To be honest, I didn't think the movie was half bad; in fact, I actually found it pretty hilarious😁

My favorite part had to be when they absolutely wrecked that Black actress...😁 (she was driving me up the wall, to be perfectly blunt)
And don't even get me started on that final brawl... absolute perfection😁

Sure, there's plenty of nonsense—plot holes and logic leaps everywhere—but I wasn't exactly expecting some cinematic masterpiece. At its core, the film is just fun, which is more than I can say for most of those "prestige" blockbusters that take themselves way too seriously. That's exactly why I enjoyed it so much...

Before I even sat down to watch the movie, my buddy warned me it was going to be a total disaster. But honestly, just like you guys were saying, it’s way more of a horror comedy than an actual horror movie🙄

What are your thoughts on this particular movie? I personally found it to be absolutely fantastic...

To me, the movie was a massive letdown compared to my expectations, primarily because it leaned much more into being a comedy than an actual horror movie. The acting was frankly disastrous—with the sole exception of Robert Englund and Kelly Rowland, who were the only ones capable of saving this mess. The special effects were decent enough, and the gratuitous nudity was fine (especially the lead actress, who basically carried the entire performance with her chest), but that’s about where the quality ends. My rating: 4/10 👎

In my humble opinion, I suppose the movie was quite enjoyable simply because it functioned as a solid horror comedy featuring women with large breasts, which I guess is really all one truly needs from a film...

This movie is just a total disaster. I’ve sat through my fair share of garbage over the years, but there is nothing I despise more than a cheap A-production like "Freddy vs. Jason"!!! Thankfully, it doesn't drag on forever...

Pinhead from Hellraiser is still the absolute king in my book, even though I’m such a huge fan of Krueger myself.👍

Jesus, how did I seriously and stupidly waste my time watching that mindless garbage?😢

What can I say? The whole thing’s got some killer vibes, I guess. Honestly, I saw it ages ago—the only part that actually stuck with me was the soundtrack.

Terrible movie..
Not because it failed at being scary, but because the sheer stupidity and lack of logic in the script was exhausting..

Ever since they turned this movie into some kind of slasher flick, it’s been total garbage.
It’s just Friday the 13th style nonsense where you only see action when someone gets an axe to the skull or something equally mindless.😛 🙏 🙂

It’s honestly pathetic. If they actually stitched all those creepy scenes together, you'd barely scrape twenty minutes of footage. What a joke.
