I go three times a week—
just like Casey Palmer5 suggested: an hour of kicks, arm work, push-ups, and core stuff.
Honestly, when I first started last year, I couldn't believe how much my stamina shot up in just one month. Plus, I actually started feeling (and yeah, even seeing😁) muscles I didn't even know existed!
And look, we're not talking about getting bulky here; everything just gets really toned and defined. It’s honestly the perfect workout for women.👍

It’s true, aerobics is such a blast, but I have to be careful—after about four years of doing it, my knees started acting up, so I tend to skip the step aerobics classes now. I definitely feel better when I stay active, though, especially since I spend most of my workday sitting at a desk in front of a computer
As for cellulite, honestly, it’s just part of life and tends to show up eventually regardless of what you do

Cellulite is incredibly tough to get rid of because, honestly, it’s just a natural part of having skin... Men tend to deal with it a bit less than women do. You can try to fight back by cutting out processed foods as much as possible, avoiding sweets (that part is non-negotiable!), and making sure you're drinking plenty of water. On top of all that, you really ought to carve out at least 20 minutes every single day to exercise and just get moving...

I mean, cellulite isn't exactly some kind of "ingredient" inside a person...
But even if we could somehow pin it down, unfortunately, we're stuck dealing with 😢

Listen, dear, cellulite isn't just some standard feature of healthy skin! Let's not beat around the bush 😉.
It manifests as subcutaneous clusters—what people often colloquially refer to as "dimples." As I've previously noted, it’s essentially a structural buildup consisting of fat, water, and toxins.
