...Are they seriously planning to start the races with whatever fuel happens to be left in the tank after qualifying?
I honestly hadn't given it a second thought until I saw the guys over at ESPN mention it...

What kind of wild tactical shifts are we actually going to see because of this? 😁 😁

Well, we'll just have to wait and see how that plays out... I suppose time will tell what kind of chaos ensues...

This is just a thought for now......

The strategies would be worlds apart... more like... whoever nails the right call early on basically clinches 80% of the Grand Prix.

Cheers

The strategies could vary quite a bit... more like, if you can actually nail the right one... then you've basically secured 80% of the race win.

Best,

I’d go as far as to say the tires are going to be the absolute deciding factor here...

That’s not actually a bad look; Ford has always been known for running the most fuel-efficient cars on the grid. But honestly, it feels pretty foolish when you realize the strategy is basically predictable from a mile away...

That’s exactly the point... if the strategy holds up, they walk away with the win.

The truth is, even Michelin would have had the edge here... especially Ford, if you look at how their cars were performing last season. Though, to be fair, Ferrari has made some serious strides lately too.

Cheers,

So, it’s official now.....

I can't say I'm exactly thrilled, though... if I'm being honest...

But hey, I guess we just get used to these kinds of tactics eventually....

Cheers,
