Ubiquiti Networks AirLive setup issues

Has anyone here in this great community had any hands-on experience with this specific Associated Press unit? I actually just scored one as a gift, but it came totally bare—no cables, no mounting hardware, nothing else included.
What kind of gear am I going to need to get this thing up and running? Thanks so much in advance for any help you can give me!

I just picked up this injector (fingers crossed it works out!):

Now I just need to grab a power adapter and some cabling. Does anyone know how much wattage or amperage I should be looking for in an adapter?

On the product page, right under the package contents section, it says "12V Power adaptor"

And what’s the deal with the local cable manufacturers?

I’m talking specifically about the cable running from the injector to the Associated Press. I’m assuming it’s just a standard LAN cable connecting the computer's LAN port directly to the LAN input on the injector.

Just some standard UTP cabling. ☕

To be more specific, I’m really trying to nail down the exact pinout for the cable running from the injector to the device itself. From what I’ve gathered while digging around online, certain pairs in the cable are actually dedicated to delivering power to the unit. I definitely don't want to mess up the wiring and end up frying my Associated Press.
