New PC build: What's the budget for an optimal setup?

So, I’m seriously considering just offloading this old cassette. Honestly, I can't bring myself to clean it; it’s covered in a thick layer of dust, there are scratches everywhere, and—I don't want to be too blunt here—but it probably smells like a mix of stale cigarette smoke and sweat, which is just revolting.
Because of that, I’d probably rather just give it away to someone for next to nothing, if only to save me from the chore of scrubbing it. I’ve been browsing what I might pick up next, and I think I’ll settle on this https://www.nabava.net/wishlist/public/e3Y2dw0Q5h
It’s actually a step down from my current rig—smaller drive capacities, some questionable brands involved, the whole nine yards—but hey, at least it's new. I guess this whole thread is kind of pointless, though, since I haven't actually found a buyer for the cassette yet, nor have I even bothered to post an official ad.

The 730gt plus the G5905 combo is three times—and I mean three times—weaker than the R3 3200G currently sitting in there $276!!!

Why wouldn't you already be running a setup with an Intel Core i3-10100F and a GT730?

Just take it to the shop and have them blow it out for $67 instead of stressing over it...
