It’s entirely possible this is coming from your thyroid.
Honestly, you can just rule that out once and for all by hitting up a private lab for some basic thyroid hormone testing.

I had my thyroid levels checked and went in for an ultrasound during my physical about six months ago, and everything came back totally normal. I’ve honestly never had any issues with my thyroid before.
The thing is, whenever I move my eyes, things just go south—my headache intensifies, the room starts spinning, and I get hit with this wave of nausea. It's pretty rough. I'm heading into my primary care doctor's office today to see what she thinks and figure out what the next steps should be.

I finally got my appointment with the neurologist this past Wednesday, and they actually handed me an order for an MRI, so hopefully that’ll finally give us some real answers.

I’m dealing with similar stuff—facial tingling, tinnitus, blind spots, numbness in my limbs, just a bunch of weird sensations. But unlike you, my thyroid is acting up. If you see a neurologist, you should probably get an EEG; they need to check the electrical activity on the Rib to see how your conduction is looking. For an MRI, I’d suggest Mayo Clinic. MedPost takes referrals, but for everything else, you’re looking at a six-month wait unless it's an emergency, then you might find a spot at a local clinic within $267.
I already had a lumbar scan, head and neck MRIs, and an angiography. Everything came back fine except for the EEG and that OCT scan on the N1 program, that OCT...

I've honestly never even heard of SSEP or VEP before. I guess I'll just have to bring it up with my neurologist if they don't mention it first.
