I could really use some emergency help here! I have a webinar scheduled for tomorrow, and my audio is acting incredibly glitchy—it’s just dead. Everything works perfectly fine during the testing phase, but as soon as I exit the test mode, I can't hear myself OR anyone else. My husband and I tried running a quick test over Zoom to troubleshoot, but no luck. I'm attaching some screenshots below; if anyone has a spare moment and the patience to help me out, I would be so incredibly grateful!🙂

I don't actually use Zoom myself, but honestly, everything works on pretty much the same settings anyway.
If your audio sounds fine elsewhere and even passes those built-in tests, then I'm betting it’s just some weird little setting buried in there somewhere.

I don't want to go out on a limb here, but maybe take a look at these links... might give you a clue about what's acting up.

Zoom is pretty much trash, and honestly, Webex and Microsoft Teams aren't any better. I finally just nuked all three from my system—they can go jump in a lake for all I care. It’s just frustrating dealing with software that forces online installations without giving you any real control, dumping everything straight into User\AppData instead of letting you choose Program Files like a normal program.
