Hey everyone,

Once I’ve had a chance to clear my head, I'm planning to address this accusation of malice leveled against me by the moderator.

By "malice," I mean being flagged for content in my posts without even getting a fair shot at defending myself... it just feels pretty disrespectful.

I have to admit, I actually used to enjoy reading Ashley Vaughn79's posts. But her blatant bias toward certain "victims"—who, let's be honest, are either just trolls or people playing questionable moral games—is honestly unbelievable.

The issue here is the specific announcement comment. The user who posted the notice was actually quoting someone else's text. Where is the malice in that? That user wrote the quote, not me. The stuff about racial purity was also their wording, not mine.

If it makes you happy, go ahead and keep my ban active for six months, but if you're going to label me as malicious, at least give me a chance to explain myself... and please, don't lecture me on my personal character.

In my actual life, or even on this famous forum, nobody has ever diagnosed me with any kind of malice before.

Again, feel free to maintain the ban, but I'd suggest you read through her thread and the subsequent replies. Then tell me if that announcement isn't just a desperate attempt to find exactly what the author is looking for...

Is this how things work now? Have these announcements turned into some kind of hunt for attention?

Chris Chase5 said:Her dad is loaded and drives a Mercedes. She’s young, blonde, petite, and has a perfect accent. Totally successful. She’s got a silver-haired guy who absolutely adores her, and they're waiting for a wild weekend in New York City.

She doesn't bother getting ready or heading to that local social club, but instead spends her time typing away on an American forum? I wonder where all the Germans have gone. I spent a month on a dating site myself. You wouldn't believe how hard it was to find any Austrians during the pandemic era. And I wasn't even offering every single thing under the sun... :-)

Chris Chase5 said:I don't post much, but I had to jump in for this logical oversight.
Theme 1. July advertisement on the American forum
Theme 2. demons and the sixth sense...
Closing theme 3. There's this new guy around, and I guess he’s thinking about a long-term thing with her. They're planning a trip to Paris, but she's already asking us what the deal is...
Closing theme 3 and opening theme 4. He’s still all about Paris, but she needs someone else for intimacy—some German guy from an American forum, since she’s such a big deal in her area.

forumasica is blonde, petite, and wealthy. Her dad is an executive, she’s a successful businesswoman, and she’s traveled all over the world. She drives a Mercedes and is looking for a German guy on this American forum. Specifically, someone from Germany. For some passionate nights. Discretion is a must.

Chris Chase5 said:The trolley problem is definitely a better solution than having to deal with a woman with a diagnosis. Step four really caught me off guard.

Would you want a German guy driving a Mercedes just to hook up? Maybe you'll show up on an American forum soon. :bonk

I don't have a wealthy father to fall back on, I'm not some 25-year-old blonde, and I haven't made any winter vacation plans with anyone yet. That’s why I didn't bother posting on an American forum; instead, I used an Austrian dating site. I really need someone who actually lives here—not just for a quick fling. Thank God, though, I've met a few decent guys, and I'm talking to one regularly. We're planning to visit some castles, but maybe not Paris just yet.

Chris Chase5 said:I was just looking back at her posts... facepalm. She mentions some guy from Germany and claims she’s German herself—it’s such a classic move for a first post. I can't tell if she’s being racist or if she's just feeling that vibe over in Germany. Honestly, she might even be looking to pick up an American on the side. I didn't have the energy to go through quoting her last ad again. I'm not planning on reaching out. I'm pretty sure even a guy would find it hard to pass her up.

The details here aren't really clear. I wonder if any user on this forum

would actually make the drive to Germany during those specific breaks she mentioned.

Chris Chase5 said:What kind of logic is that? :D Is it just lying to a bunch of people online, or maybe some kind of polyamory thing?

Chris Chase5 said:This is the text from her own thread:

Well, I agree with everything you're saying, but the situation is a little different... we work in the same field, and I've always been very open and different from others. He noticed that, and we just fell in love. He's everything I ever wanted in a man, and I finally found it. It all moved so fast, but it did move... in the meantime, we've been sleeping together, and the sex has been incredible—I've never had better sex. We're doing great, and the fact that he's serious about me is confirmed by the fact that he finishes inside me for days now. We're enjoying ourselves and having a good time; we travel on weekends since we never work Saturdays, and since we'll both have some collective time off for Christmas, we'll go on a longer vacation.

When I asked her why she even posted the ad, her answer was basically that sex is just sex, and there aren't any rules.

So, tell me, who's the crazy one here? I'm not saying a mob of guys is going to rush to Germany for these secret hookups, but if you have perfect sex, are you really looking for something else after two days?

Nick is either totally unstable or just a bored teenager... and this matters to anyone reading the ad too.

Chris Chase5 said:I'm actually surprised she isn't watching this thread. Clearly, her ads are working out great for her. Let me hear from you guys, though—has anyone reached out yet? And where's the first meetup spot? :-)

Chris Chase5 said:She starts a thread talking about fairy-tale multi-day trysts and big plans, then closes that thread and opens an ad.

If someone was finishing inside me multiple times a day and we were planning trips to Paris... man, I wouldn't be looking for discreet hookups.

Maybe take a look at those posts first :-) and then give your thoughts.

I guess I haven't really heard of any "passion tunnels" before either...

Chris Chase5 said:Ashley Vaughn79, not everyone on the forum reads every single thread. One user opened a thread about a very fulfilling recent experience. That same user closed the thread and posted an ad calling themselves "passionate tunnels" within a single day.

There's a high chance neither the thread nor the ad is actually true. Isn't that worth commenting on, or maybe even making fun of?

If the thread is real, and the ad is from an actual wealthy woman from Germany, is it okay for someone to just jump into that ad? Or wouldn't it be better to know about the guy's history and his weekend plans too?

I don't comment on ads (it's clearly visible in my history); I haven't opened them for years to read or reply (because if I want to find someone nearby, I do that in New York), I only commented because this defies logic for the reader.

The woman/username who is bored hasn't gained anything beyond what she wrote herself.

Sorry, but you can't build a house on a shaky foundation. Would you trust a horse like that?

Chris Chase5 said:It reminds me of something like this:
- I'm a successful farmer, versatile, works well with partners
- Anyone interested in the basement weed business?

And sorry, but those two things aren't unrelated. Because the username is the link. And if someone wants in on the basement business, they should know about the first point. As a reader, I'm a little bothered by the lack of logic between those two aspects.

What I was quoting regarding pure compatibility and her traits is truly what the author wrote.

If she opened an ad a month after a breakup, fine, but the same or next day... right after all that... yeah.

Sorry, but you didn't seem very well-intentioned to me.

She hasn't done anything directly to you, other than posting a US ad, which she has every right to do.
It's up to her how she presents herself on the forum and in the ad, just as it's up to every individual to decide whether they want to respond to such an ad or forum post.

It isn't our job to judge if someone is trolling, and certainly not to drag someone through ten different posts with a sarcastic tone.

I wouldn't want to discourage someone like this from posting a US ad, since we already have a thread on the other side dedicated to dissecting forum posts and basically mocking people.

That's not the point of the US section, and I wouldn't want this thread to turn into that.

Maybe I would have reacted more calmly if you hadn't kept using the same tone after I pointed out that this wasn't right.

And this is how it all went down:

Chris Chase5 said:Honestly, I wanted to weigh in on this. I haven't checked the classifieds in at least ten years, and I wouldn't have shown up if the last ad wasn't from a machinist. :D

The girl has to be delusional... if what she says is true, her family is wealthy, she's young, looks good, and specifically wants a German guy—it’s not like those types are hanging out on an American forum.

And here we go again with the "tunnels of passion"... :-)

Chris Chase5 said:Just reach out to her. :s:s:s

It's an incredible offer. But then she insists the "tunnels" have to be in a specific part of Germany :D maybe she means an MRI—that would certainly be some magnetic passion... :D

Chris Chase5 said:I missed the part about the days. :D The whole "tunnels of passion" thing caught me off guard, especially given the Paris connection. And the ghost stuff too. She's probably hallucinating quite a bit... personally, I always take human problems as a literal description of reality.

Chris Chase5 said:And nobody is kicking the machinist out of the leadership on the boards... :D:D:D

Chris Chase5 said:She's looking for a grown German man with equivalent income and manners, offering "tunnels of passion" on an American forum? Maybe it's not a bad idea to look on Slovakian or Canadian sites. Or Polish? Better yet, Russian.

Just not German. By the way, from what I can tell, she'd take sex, parallel... because sex is sex—that was her point.

This is just a teenager trolling.

Chris Chase5 said:You have to admit, this guy’s posting history doesn't exactly show a steady direction. No logic, no romance, no sex—just chaos.

It’s just one thing after another... sex happening in Paris... starting a thread... grabbing whatever he can get... half advice, half trolling. Then he closes the thread and starts posting ads for passion tunnels... over in Germany... on an American forum :D giving tips on how to hook up.

Sorry, but there is seriously something wrong with this person. Germany has way more variety when it comes to forums, including some incredibly intense, sexually charged ones... where you find tunnel after tunnel.

The posts Ashley Vaughn79 listed just kept coming.

To me, this looks like a massive amount of mocking—which you admitted to—and digging through someone's past to the point where you're pulling posts from entirely different threads.
Anyone who sees the ad has the same access you do; they can see every topic the author previously started and everything they wrote.
Three different people already pointed out that this behavior isn't okay.
Then the moderator steps in, says it's not okay, and asks everyone to stop, explaining exactly why.

But you just keep going, completely ignoring her.
I agree with Ashley Vaughn79's decision.

Ashley Vaughn79 said:I’m sorry, but that didn’t come across as particularly well-intentioned on your part.

The woman hasn't actually done anything to you directly, other than posting a US ad, which she is completely entitled to do.
It’s her choice how she presents herself both on this forum and in her ads, just as it’s up to every individual to decide whether they want to respond to a certain type of ad or forum presence.

It isn't our job to judge whether someone is trolling or not, and we certainly shouldn't be dragging people through ten different posts with a condescending tone.

I wouldn't want someone of this type to discourage people from placing a US ad, especially since we already have a separate thread where people dissect forum history and basically mock others.

That isn't the point of the US section, and I wouldn't want the ad commentary thread to turn into that kind of thing.

Maybe I would have reacted more calmly if you hadn't kept up the same tone after I pointed out that what was happening wasn't right.

It's rare that a specific username gets under my skin like this. I'm not being zloban now, nor will I be tomorrow. That's a pretty harsh classification on your part... honestly, quite unfair and incorrect.

The content posted by this user does tend to invite mockery, simply because it lacks logic and common sense.

Where I do agree with you is that we shouldn't intimidate people who want to post an ad. And okay, I didn't account for that part.

You guys seem to police trolling so strictly—even Swithim expressed surprise at the author in the original thread. A crowd of forum users immediately starts debating "troll or not troll."

I didn't twist or paraphrase anything; I quoted it. I wasn't imagining things, and I didn't go beyond what was explicitly stated. Time will tell who is behind this handle.

I'm currently at an annual retreat waiting for a medical checkup, so I've had plenty of downtime... which leads to more posts.

If that user hadn't written what they wrote and opened an ad within a single day, it wouldn't have triggered this much feedback (from me or anyone else).

I don't make a habit of stalking anyone, whether in real life or online.

I understand this is your job, that you have guidelines and your own way of handling things... but you assigned a motive to me that wasn't there, treated me like a child—given how you phrased it—and effectively stripped away my right to speak.

That goes completely against the very principles you claim to defend regarding online identities.

And if we're moving into moral territory—since you're calling me zloban—is it considered "okay" to advertise looking for new partners while you're seeing someone else? Is that what we're defending here?

Just totally fine.

As for my own ads, since you pivoted to that later when you were lecturing me... I used to post ads too, meeting many guys over a decade ago. One of them is my best friend today. So, I've been through the experience, and I think it's a wonderful opportunity for people to connect both virtually and in person...
