It finally worked!!!.. Finally got it running with driver version: 6.0.1.6285. If anyone else is stuck, you can grab it right here.. https://www.driverscape.com/download/realtek-ac97-audio

Well, I did provide you with the link for that specific driver 🙂

I suppose you should just boot up NVIDIA again and see if the sound is working now.

Everything’s smooth sailing now... just like a freshly paved highway. It's officially a go. Anyway, everything's working perfectly—both the wuffer and all four speakers are firing on all cylinders. I can stream YouTube, watch movies, even jump into some old-school Far Cry 1. 🤣...That's plenty for me.
Now I just need to get used to running things on Windows 10. Thanks again! 🙏
