So, after barely making it through two days of work, I managed to come down with COVID, which effectively extended my holiday by another ten days—just enough time for this brutal sun to stop baking me alive during my commute through the sweltering streets of Los Angeles.
Anyway, ten days later, I can say with absolute certainty that we’re definitely going to survive long enough to see another birthday celebration.😁 Cheers! ))
